Photo 365: Day 362 – Waiting
One thing I have been wanting to try before finishing up my Photo 365 project is with street photography. I had a perfect opportunity to try it out last night. Went for a walk along Michigan Ave last night for about an hour.
One big issue that I had to toil with during my walk was bitter cold weather. I think the temperature was in the teens and the wind chill was 9F. May be I should try doing this again in summer time.
Shot this while folks were waiting for the signal to cross the road.
I picked this one amongst other shots for its festive mood and anticipation of waiting…

Nice, freely composed street shot. By loosening up the composition you captured very effectively the dynamism of the scene. Nicely done.
