Photo 365: Day 356 – Wishes
Had a busy day today and didn’t get to shoot until late this evening.
Did a shot of gift bag that my daughter and wife had put together for my daughter’s class teacher.

The pressure of the holidays is really making it difficult to keep up with the project. For my shot yesterday I worked through lunch and took 20 minutes to walk over to a cathedral about 2 minutes walk from work. I have no idea what I am going to do today. Its already midday and I don’t even have a plan in mind. Ah well, its the closing days and I think we can be excused for less than stellar results.
You did a nice job on the colour with this one, it has a very festive feel (which is what I assume you were going for). The composition is definitely not one to write home about though, I can tell you were rushed and didn’t get to put your usual consideration into it.
The color give this a great, warm holiday feeling. The handmade ornament is so wonderful.

I like the angle you chose to take it in, not so much the composition, but I like the colors, the angle and not to be missed the Christmas lights peaking out from behind the bag. Overall nicely done.
